CACCIA AL TARTUFO E CORSO DI CUCINA

During this activity you learn all the important things concerning this precious product. The experience begins with the welcome on the farmgrounds and the first part of the truffle coking class.

After an introduction into the world of truffles in our farm restaurant, we will move on in the woods with our truffle expert and his dog looking for black or white trufflesaccording to season. Return to the Casale for the second part of the coking class. During the lesson you learn how to prepare a menu based on truffle (first course, second course and dessert). Afterwards you will taste the fruit of your work together with the cheeses produced in our dairy.
